Family with children delight

I had the privilege of staying just recently and it was a game changer! ! The staff treated us like family, even bringing us a bottle of wine and cheese after an upgrade!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still pretty acceptable.

The friendly staff brought out beach balls for my kids to enjoy while we unwound with some drinks, a great way to shake off the travel stress! The location was perfect for local experiences, and the warm hospitality made me feel right at home.

The WiFi only reaches the lobby, making it frustrating for anyone needing a reliable connection!!! Room cleanliness needs a serious upgrade as the floors were very dirty!!! The late-night bar music was unbearably loud until nearly 4 am!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Big Apple Hotel. The view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the vibrant ocean and the charming local area. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, ensuring my needs were met throughout my stay.

The balcony view was truly stunning, showcasing the ocean and cityscape. The attention to detail was appreciated, from the comfortable furnishings to the grass-like rug enhancing the space. However, the room could use more amenities. having only one towel and one pillow for two guests felt inadequate. The WiFi was down during my stay, which was disappointing, but the staff member at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful with any issues that arose.

Clean, comfortable room with a flat-screen TV. Free wi-fi was a plus. Noisy at night.

Great stay with a lovely view

Had a last-minute stay here and the experience was pretty cool. Staff was super chill and even brought my kids beach balls to mess around with in the pool. Loved the good vibes and music they brought out for the adults too! Just wish there were more towels in the room, but the warm water and comfy beds made up for it! Oh, and the snack bar was awesome for quick bites.

The stay was quite pleasant! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunsets. Rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. The staff were very accommodating, even going out of their way to assist with transportation to and from the airport, which was conveniently located just 5 km away.
